ALL vehicles parked on campus are 要求 to have purchased a valid ODU parking permit, or hourly parking payment. 大学 停车 Regulations are strictly enforced, and there are NO exceptions to this policy. ODU utilizes License Plate Recognition, a virtual permit system that allows the campus community to use their car's license plate as a parking permit.
